Contact tagging

Would you like to sort your contacts so that you have a clear overview of who is contacting you and for what purpose? The new contact tagging feature is now also available in your dasboard. Find out more below.
 

How it works?

You can see the tags directly next to the contact in your Customers tab:
 


It is possible to use the same database of tags as you are using for the conversations. In addition of that the number of tags you can use for one contact is unlimited.

Creation of a new tag?

In case you would like to create a new tag for the contact you can do it very easily. Just click on the contact and then option Add tag and Create:


Also, thanks to tags you can filter contacts in a very user friendly way:
