Find the tracking code in the Smartsupp portal
After logging into the Smartsupp dashboard, click the settings icon in the bottom-left corner (1), then go to the “Chat box” section (2), and select the “Installation” tab (3). Here, expand the tracking code by clicking the “Insert script” button (4) and then click “Copy” (5).

Settings in the Reflex system
You can simply send the tracking code via email to the Estudio support team, and they will configure Smartsupp for you.
If you prefer to add Smartsupp to your online store yourself:
go to the “MARKETING” section (1) → “Tracking codes” (1) → and paste the copied tracking code into the first field labeled “Header code” (2).

And that’s it! Your Smartsupp widget is now ready to receive messages from your customers.
