Mira AI Training

Your Mira AI is already working for you, but sometimes you may feel that the information from web scraping is not sufficient, and you'd like to supplement it with additional knowledge. This need can be addressed by the Training feature.

See below for how to use it in a few simple steps.


How to train your Mira AI?
 

1. Go to the AI tab in your dashboard and select "Training" from the menu on the left side.
 



2. Click the “Add New” button in the top right corner or in the list to add a question with an answer that Mira AI couldn’t previously respond to, based on web scraping.

3. Once the new window appears, type in your question and answer. Don't forget to save them.

 

4. The question limit is 10. If you reach this limit, a tooltip with a contact button will appear, allowing you to extend the limit if needed. Clicking the button will let you contact the Sales department.
 


There are a few important things to note regarding Mira AI Training:

  • Custom responses take priority over regular sources — Mira AI always uses information from custom responses as the primary source of knowledge.
  • Mira AI uses the information in custom responses as contextual guidance, not as copy-paste content. 
  • Custom responses will only work with legitimate answers. Irrelevant or inappropriate replies won’t be displayed. Therefore, even for simple feature tests, we advise against using responses like “Bla, bla, bla,” as this may block the feature's functionality and discourage you from using it.

 

Mira AI Training in Conversations


The Training feature is available directly within conversations. If Mira AI is having a conversation with your visitor and the response isn’t exactly what the visitor expected, you can simply click the “Correct answer button. This action will open the modal right in the inbox where you can add the question along with the correct reply. The new answer will also appear on the “Training page”.
