Satisfaction tab

How can the Satisfaction tab help you?
 

The Satisfaction Tab provides the following information:

  • Whether the conversation with the AI was successful.
  • Whether the AI provided an accurate answer.
  • Whether the visitor was satisfied with the solution provided.
  • Feedback on potential improvements, including in your web scrape.
  • Whether the conversation with the AI led to a product purchase.

 

How to use the Satisfaction tab?

 

This feature is a part of Customer Satisfaction Rating. Once you enable the Customer Satisfaction Rating, the Satisfaction tab will start to collect feedback from Mira AI.

If there is no activity from the visitor's side for 5 seconds after the last Mira AI message is displayed, the "Rate AI Chatbot" button will appear. Visitors can select one of three reactions: positive, neutral, or negative. Additionally, they can leave a comment.

If your visitor selects a reaction and later decides to leave a comment, they can click the Leave us feedback button.

 

How to read statistics from the Satisfaction tab?

Choose the Mira AI section from the left sidebar, then select the Satisfaction tab.

Here you can view feedback results about AI, provided by your visitors. 
These insights will help you refine your AI responses to enhance visitor satisfaction and boost sales.

 

A. Summary

1. The number of ratings provided.
2. Overall feedback on Mira AI compared to the previous period.
3. The selected time period.
4. A chart displaying the results of positive, negative, and neutral reactions to Mira AI.
5. You can filter the feedback by selecting the corresponding color.


B. Average Satisfaction

The percentage of average satisfaction for the selected period.
This board displays the average visitor satisfaction during the selected period and provides insights into how successful the changes applied to Mira have been.
 

 

C. Rated conversations

Here you can see the list of visitors who rated their interaction with your Mira AI. 

1. Visitor’s name
2. Rating
3. Feedback 
4. Preview of the whole conversation. - This option allows you to revise the whole conversation with Mira AI. Then you can improve the responses directly in the conversation by clicking the Correct response button. It will redirect you to the Training tab. There you will be able to type in the correct answer.
